For example, slight color differences might occur between product images and the actual product due to display differences. If a product you receive is significantly not as described, please contact us, as you may be eligible for a return or exchange per our Returns Policy.
• Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. If we discover an error in pricing or a product is listed at an incorrect price (due to a typo, technical error, etc.), we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you. We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices.
• Availability: Product availability can change without notice. We do our best to keep stock information current. If you order an item that is out of stock or discontinued, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives such as a backorder, an exchange for a similar item, or a full refund.
• Orders: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (for example, suspicion of fraud, delivery to an unsupported region, or errors in product information). Only upon our confirmation (such as an order confirmation email) is your order accepted. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply to any one customer or address.

5. Payment Methods and Third-Party Providers
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including major credit/debit cards processed securely via Stripe, and buy-now-pay-later installments via Afterpay. Additional payment options (like PayPal or others) may be offered, and all acceptable methods will be shown at checkout. Payment is generally charged at the time you place your order (or in the case of Afterpay, according to your installment agreement with them).
• Third-Party Payment Processors: When you choose a third-party payment option such as Stripe or Afterpay, you are also subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policies. Stripe and Afterpay are independent services that handle your payment details; WLDLN does not receive or store your full credit card number or bank information when processed through these providers. For Afterpay, you will need to meet Afterpay’s eligibility criteria and agree to their repayment terms at checkout. We provide these options for your convenience, but we are not responsible for the services of third-party payment providers . If you have issues with payment processing, you may need to contact the payment provider in addition to notifying us.
• Payment Security: All payments are processed using secure encryption technology. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, which means your card details are handled with high security standards. Afterpay transactions are also secured per their standards. While we take reasonable care to provide a secure payment process, you must also take steps to protect your account (such as keeping your login credentials confidential). We cannot be responsible for loss suffered due to unauthorized access arising from your failure to safeguard your information.
• Pricing Errors: As noted in Section 4, if there is a pricing error or issue with the payment (such as a pricing mistake or system glitch), we will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction affected by such errors, with no further liability, and assure that you will not be charged or will be fully refunded for that transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability
• Consumer Law Guarantees: We acknowledge that you may have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other applicable laws, including guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights you have under Australian law, including your rights under the ACL. • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLDLN (including our directors, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the website, any information on the website, or your purchase or use of any WLDLN products. This includes, without limitation, indirect or consequential losses, loss of revenue or profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. We specifically will not be liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on third-party services (such as Stripe or Afterpay) or from any events beyond our reasonable control (for example, network outages or force majeure events).
• Cap on Liability: In all cases, to the extent permitted by law and except for any remedies under the ACL, the total liability of WLDLN for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. If the claim relates to use of the website without a purchase, WLDLN’s maximum liability will be AU$100.
• No Liability for Indirect Damages: We will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Using our site is at your own risk. As noted above, any limitations of liability are subject to and allowed only to the extent permitted by law and the Australian Consumer Law .

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WLDLN and its affiliated entities, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:
• your breach of these Terms or any policy referenced herein;
• your violation of any law or the rights of a third party while using our site or purchasing/using our products;
• any content you submit to the site (e.g. reviews or comments) that infringes any rights or causes harm; or
• your improper use of the website or products (for example, misuse of a product contrary to instructions).

This means that if a third party sues us because of something you did in violation of these Terms, you will be responsible for any costs or damages we incur. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and may assist in your defense (at your cost), but we reserve the right to handle the defense and settlement of the claim as we see fit, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
